Public Safety, ready for the shift. Captured in Oceanview
The team behind the uniform
Government Services is the community department. Its in-character agencies are the San Andreas Department of Transportation (SADOT) and San Andreas Public Safety (SAPS).

Public Safety service on named state and contracted protected property
Government Services is the OOC host. SADOT keeps its existing direct member application route. SAPS recruits by reviewing COLE applicants and has no direct public hiring form; that sourcing rule does not apply to all of Government Services. Host membership, in-character employment, commissions and qualifications are separate.
The GS experience
Give your character a place to belong and a reason to come back for the next shift.
SADOT can set transit routes for Oceanview’s hybrid transportation system, where both AI and players can be passengers or drivers.
Buses, trains, and metros are part of the wider transportation system, giving travel a place in everyday roleplay.
SAPS has its own headquarters, ranks, and fleet. Its limited commissions apply to named state and contracted protected property, with authority and training recorded for each character.
The world keeps a record
Agency registry and public court activity for this department. These are recorded totals, not players or units on duty.
Court case tracking does not apply to this agency. Medical and service records stay private.
Refreshes every 30 seconds. Court figures exclude today.
Cases are public, unmerged JusticeLink dockets created before today (UTC), including open and closed matters. Charge counts add the filed counts attached to those cases; they are allegations, not convictions. Juvenile matters, warrant applications and matters with any live seal are excluded.
Agency figures use the case's stored tracking agency, which may differ from the agency that filed it. Unmatched agencies contribute only to the community totals. Fleet figures count registry records, including inactive and retired vehicles; they do not show availability or deployment.
Nonzero totals are rounded down to groups of five, shown with “+”. Values below five are withheld. No names, case details, individual records or operational locations are published. “Last known” means the source could not refresh; it expires after one hour.
Court window ends . Figures are sampled separately from the live player count.
